How billing works

• Currency. Prices are shown in USD or CNY depending on your region, and you can switch currency on the checkout page before paying. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you are charged in.
• What a generation costs. Each generation consumes credits according to the model you pick and how many images you request — image models start at 10 credits per image, and video is charged per second of output. The exact cost is always shown in the product next to the generate button before you confirm, so you never spend credits without seeing the price first.
• Validity and freezing. Credits are valid for the period shown on the pack. When a pack expires, unused credits are not deleted immediately — they are frozen for 90 days. Buying any new pack during that window unfreezes them and extends them to the new expiry date. Credits still frozen after that window expire.
• Taxes. Listed prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Where required by law, tax is collected at checkout by our merchant of record.
• Refunds. Unused credits are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Duplicate charges and verified outages over 72 hours are also refunded — see Section 7 of the Terms of Service for the full policy, or email mianshinn@foxmail.com.
